Hear advice from professional relationship coaches,Carnisa Berry and Anindita Das and then take part in an open discussion. Questions we will explore are; What can be done to overcome adversities of long-distant relationships? What is your love language and how do you identify the others’ around yourself?

Carnisa Berry
Owner at Berry Thoughtful Life Coaching
Carnisa Berry is the founder of Berry Thoughtful Life Coaching, where she helps her clients realize that the life of their dreams is just a thought away. She earned her Coaching Certification from World Coach Institute. Understanding that your thoughts lead to your decisions, and your decisions create your destiny, Carnisa uses emotional awareness to help her clients challenge thoughts and beliefs that are keeping them from the life they want. Her coaching process assists clients with clarifying their intentions and purpose in life. She is passionate about helping healthy relationships because she realizes that your relationships affect every area of your life, including health, finances, and your work environment.
Currently, she is living in Beijing, China, with her husband of over 20 years and two of their three children. Since living in China, she has spoken on many platforms, worked at an international school as a Counselor, where, she provided group and individual sessions to students, parents, and staff. Carnisa currently offers seminars, workshops, and retreats regularly.

Anindita Das
Coach and Co-Founder of Global Expats Coachworx
Anindita Das is a trained coach and trainer-facilitator who has studied coaching at the Cambridge University. Her journey includes living, working and studying in India, Germany, The UK and the USA.
Anindita’s approach in positive psychology and person-centred coaching is based on the belief that as an oak grows from a seed into a huge, life-affirming tree, given the right conditions, so can a human being reach his or her true potential given the right, knowledgeable, professional support to reach a level of sustainable growth and development. Anindita loves to work with women and believes given the right coaching and nurturing, women can develop into true leaders and be the life-affirming oak tree in their ecosystems.
In the past, Anindita has trained and coached individuals and groups at Mercedes Benz, VW, Audi, Porsche, Hugo Boss, Triumph and several other organisations and has done maternity, returning to work and career coaching consultations. She is a member of Association of Coaches, ICF and Global Coaching (Philippe Rosinski, MCC) and is continuing her coaching journey at Oxford.
On the personal front, Anindita has recently moved base from Stuttgart, Germany to Beijing approximately 5 months ago. She is married to her husband of 4 years and partner of 10 years. They have two children. She has lived long distance relationships a major part of her life and feels particularly touched and honoured to be able to share her experience in this forum.
