Ticket Policies:
Unless otherwise stated, tickets for all events at The Bookworm cost RMB 50, and include a complimentary beer, glass of wine or soft drink.• Tickets can be purchased exclusively at The Bookworm, beginning 4 February, 9am – 9pm.
• Tickets must be purchased in person. We cannot accept reservations by telephone, online or by email.
• Everyone entering an event must have a ticket.
• Doors open approximately 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event. There are no assigned seats.
• In order to minimise disruption, latecomers will be admitted at an appropriate interval, at the discretion of front of house staff. Ticket holders arriving later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start-time will be admitted for the Q&A; session only.
• Festival tickets are non-refundable.
• The Bookworm is not responsible for lost tickets.
• There are limited tickets available, and many festival events sell out in advance. Please contact the festival hotline (187 0147 1558) for details.
• The use of flash photography and any recording equipment is forbidden during festival author events, without prior approval by Festival Management.
• Please ensure that all mobile phones and other beeping devices are switched off during festival events.
• We appreciate your comments and suggestions for our events. Feedback forms are available from your volunteers.
