New Whiskey Cocktail Menu at The Bookworm (just in time for Wednesday’s tasting)

Whiskey cocktail

With three new Oregonian craft whiskeys — which we’ll taste tomorrow at 8 pm (you can still sign up!) — we figured we needed a new whiskey cocktail menu. Well, here it is.

Highlights include:

  • A delicious Boulevardier — the whiskey Negroni — using Henry Du Yore’s Bourbon.
  • A special Bookworm concoction called the Whipper Snapper, which is a whiskey sour with added bite: lemon juice, bitters, and Whipper Snapper spirit whiskey.
  • An amazing Blood and Sand using McCarthy’s Oregon Single Malt. One sniff and you’ll be convinced.

A reminder that all of these cocktails are eligible for our daily happy hour from 4-7 pm (20 RMB off).
